RESERVATIONS:
Your guests can easily make reservations through the Reservations Department by providing the primary member’s details.
1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Friends and Family Program and Beneficiary Program offered by Vacancy Rewards (the “Company”) to its primary members (“Umbrella Members”).
2. Friends and Family Program
2.1 Eligibility
Umbrella Members may share membership benefits with up to three (3) individuals, regardless of relationship. Each participating individual is referred to as a “Friends and Family Member.”
2.2 Registration & Fees
Each Friends and Family Member must register individually.
Each will be issued a personal login ID and password.
A one-time activation fee of $199 USD applies upon enrollment.
An annual renewal fee of $199 USD is required to maintain access.
3. Beneficiary Program
3.1 Eligibility
Umbrella Members may grant access to up to five (5) family members related by blood or marriage (“Beneficiaries”).
3.2 Access Rules
Beneficiaries do not receive login credentials.
Reservations must be made by contacting Customer Service and referencing the Umbrella Member’s account.
The list of Beneficiaries may be updated once per year by written request.
4. Reservation Privileges
Friends and Family Members and Beneficiaries may make reservations for eligible services through the website or by contacting the Reservation Department. All reservations are subject to availability and compliance with the issued License.
5. Data Protection
All personal data collected is handled in accordance with:
U.S. privacy laws, and
Mexico’s Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP).
Vacancy Rewards does not sell or share your personal data with third parties without express consent.
6. Modifications
Vacancy Rewards reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the official website.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. In cases involving services accessed or used from Mexico, the relevant provisions of Mexican consumer and privacy law will also apply. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Arizona, USA, or Mexico City, Mexico, depending on the jurisdiction of the party initiating the claim.
